Zusammenfassung:	The device has a handling robot (1) with a robot hand (7) that comprises a rotationally drivable flange and a gripper (2). Gripper arms are movable radially relative to a centre axis of the gripper, and are coupled to a synchronization device which synchronizes a radial movement of the gripper arms. The synchronization device includes a disc mounted on a base element of the gripper. Coupling members are fixed to the disc and the gripper arms via hinged joints such that a rotation of the disc produces a synchronous radial movement of the gripper arms.
