The compound of the present invention has less hygroscopicity as compared with (S)-(-)-1-(4-fluoroisoquinolin-5-yl)sulfonyl-2-methyl-1,4-homopiperazine hydrochloride anhydrous crystals and thus, exhibits excellent chemical stability.
