Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for extracting solid organic substances from solutions in which they are present together with mineral salts and/or electrolytes. Said method comprises the following steps: (a) separation of the solution into a permeate enriched with mineral salts and/or electrolytes and into a retentate which is depleted of mineral salts and/or electrolytes and oversaturated with the organic substance(s) to be extracted, using one or more pressure-driven membrane separation stages which are permeable to at least a part of the salts and/or electrolytes and in which the dwell time of the solution is less than the induction time required for triggering crystallisation; (b) separation of the organic substance(s) in a precipitation stage and (c) separation of the solid organic substance(s).
