Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure discloses a valve and a shower device. The valve (100) includes a valve seat (10), a valve core (20) and a plurality of first connectors (30); the valve core (20) is internally provided with water channels, is inserted into the valve seat (10) along a first direction and is in limiting fit with the valve seat (10) in any directions vertical to the first direction; the first connectors (30) are inserted into the valve seat (10) along a direction vertical to the first direction and are in clamping fit with the valve seat (10), and are respectively inserted into and in sealing fit with the corresponding water channels so as to lead water flow into or out of the valve core (20). The valve (100) according to the present disclosure has a modular assembling structure and a sealing structure, is rapid in assembling and reliable in sealing effect and is favorable for modular design and development of valve products of the shower device; and the material cost of the products is effectively reduced.
