METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING A STRUCTURED SURFACE OF A PLATE-LIKE MATERIAL

The invention relates to a method for producing a structured surface of a planar material, in particular a wood-material panel, in which method: a lacquer layer is applied to the surface of the planar material; an at least partially radiation-permeable film is placed on the lacquer layer; a structured absorber layer is applied to the film, before or after placement of the film, by means of an at least partially radiation-impermeable absorber material; in a first curing step, radiation is subsequently applied to the lacquer layer through the film, wherein, depending on the permeability of the structured absorber layer of the film, the lacquer layer is cured at least in portions and at least partially; the film is lifted from the lacquer layer; and, in a second curing step, the lacquer layer is preferably completely cured by means of radiation. The technical problem addressed is that of further simplifying the production of a structured surface of a planar material. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.
