Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cogeneration combined-cycle power plant (1), in particular in the medium power segment having a total electrical power of 5 to 15 MW. The cogeneration combined-cycle power plant (1) comprises a gas turbine (10), to which a generator (16) is connected for generating electrical power and having a waste-heat boiler (20) for producing steam by heating feed water by means of the exhaust gas of the gas turbine (10), and having a steam turbine (30), which is operated by means of the steam produced in the waste-heat boiler, having a generator (31) connected to the steam turbine for generating electrical power, wherein at least part of the steam exiting the steam turbine (30) or of the hot condensate arising the steam turbine (30) is led away as a process medium. Furthermore, a control system (40) comprising an expert system (41) is provided and the actuators (24, 33, 37, 38) and sensors (51, 52) required for the operation of the cogeneration combined-cycle power plant (1) are at least singly redundant such that, if a deviation of the actual behavior from the expected behavior of the cogeneration combined-cycle power plant (1) is detected, the expert system (41) identifies potentially faulty actuators and/or sensors and switches over to the redundantly provided actuators and/or sensors.
