A flavour delivery device (25) for adding flavour to an aerosol stream generated by an electronic aerosol provision system (10), the device (25) comprising: an electrical heating element (64) configured for connection to an electrical power source; and a portion (66) of flavourant provider (66) arranged to receive heat from the heating element (64), the flavourant provider (66) comprising flavourant material (66) held in a substrate material (66), the flavourant material (66) able to form a vapour and the substrate material (66) softenable under the application of heat, such that provision of electrical power to the heating element (64) delivers heat to the flavourant provider (66) to soften at least part of the substrate material (66) and release at least some of the flavourant material (66) as a vapour.
