Zusammenfassung:A vehicle lamp (1) which enables vehicles or pedestrians around a vehicle to easily recognize a driving direction of the vehicle is provided. The vehicle lamp (1) includes a driving direction sensing unit (100) configured to sense a driving direction of a vehicle, a driving direction indicating unit (200) configured to form a first pattern (P1) indicating the driving direction and forms a second pattern (P2) indicating the driving direction on a road surface around the vehicle and a control unit (300) configured to adjust the driving direction indicating unit (200) based on to the sensed driving direction. The driving direction indicating unit (200) includes at least one lamp unit (210, 220, 230). The lamp unit (210, 220, 230) includes a light source (211, 221, 231) and a reflection unit (212, 222, 232) having a plurality of reflectors (212a, 212b; 222a, 222b; 232a, 232b) which form the first pattern (P1) and the second pattern (P2), respectively.
