Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an air filter cartridge for assembly on an air preparation system of a vehicle, comprising a housing (2), which contains a desiccant (1), and a coalescence filter/coarse dirt filter (4), which is arranged separately from the desiccant (1) on an inner granular housing (5) and which is connected upstream of the desiccant (1) in order to pre-filter the compressed air flowing in via the air inlet (6), wherein the inner piston-like granular housing (5) is arranged so as to be axially displaceable relative to the outer housing (2) and is subjected to a pressure spring (7) on the front side that lies opposite the desiccant (1) in order to compress the desiccant (1) located in the housing (2).
