Zusammenfassung:	A thermally protective material (1) comprising: a flame resistant, thermally stable substrate (10), and an active insulation (20) comprising a continous layer of a polymer resin-expandable graphite mixture adjacent to the flame resistant, thermally stable substrate (10), wherein the thickness of the active insulation (20) increases by at least 200% after 90-seconds in a convective oven heated to 300 °C.
