Zusammenfassung:The transparent plate (1) comprises a first plate, a second plate (2.2), and an electrically heatable coating (4) partially arranged with an inner side of the first and second plates. The plates are connected to an intermediate layer. The electrically heatable coating comprises superimposed functional layers, a smoothing layer, a covering layer and a blocking layer, has a sheet resistance of 0.4-0.6 ohms/square, and extends to 90% of the surface of the inner side of the plates. Eachers comprises a high opti of the functional laycal refractive index material layer. The transparent plate (1) comprises a first plate, a second plate (2.2), and an electrically heatable coating (4) partially arranged with an inner side of the first and second plates. The plates are connected to an intermediate layer. The electrically heatable coating comprises superimposed functional layers, a smoothing layer, a covering layer and a blocking layer, has a sheet resistance of 0.4-0.6 ohms/square, and extends to 90% of the surface of the inner side of the plates. Each of the functional layers comprises a high optical refractive index material layer having a refractive index of >= 2.1, a first matching layer arranged above the high optical refractive index material layer, a silver-containing layer arranged above the first matching layer, a second matching layer arranged above the silver-containing layer, and a smoothing layer having a thickness of the silver-containing layer of less than 16 nm. Each of the silver-containing layers has a layer thickness of 13-19 nm. The silver-containing layers have a total layer thickness of 60-70 nm. The smoothing layer is arranged below the first matching layer or below high optical refractive index material layer, and contains a tin-zinc mixed oxide such as antimony-doped tin-zinc mixed oxide. The transparent plate has a total transmission of greater than 70%. The first matching layer and/or the second matching layer contains zinc oxide ZnO 1-delta with 0= delta \ ~0.01, such as aluminum-doped zinc oxide. The high optical refractive index material layer contains a silicon-zirconium mixed nitride such as antimony-doped silicon-zirconium mixed nitride, and has a refractive index of 2.2-2.3. The covering layer is arranged above the functional layers, and contains silicon nitride or a silicon-zirconium mixed nitride.
