Zusammenfassung:The appliance has a jetting chamber (7) jetting a treatment agent into a treatment area (17). A pulsator (2) includes a blocking body (22) e.g. stainless steel ball, arranged in a cylindrical pulsator chamber (20). The pulsator includes an inlet (23), which opens into the pulsator chamber so that the body is displaced into movement in the pulsator chamber by a water flow that is guided into the pulsator chamber. The pulsator includes outlets (28-30) via which the water flow is conducted into the jetting chamber. The displaced body alternately releases and blocks the outlets for the water flow.
