Zusammenfassung:	The system has a solar circuit (1) hydraulically connected with a cooling body (2). A cover (3) is provided as an electric shock protection part on the cooling body, where a heating body acts as the cooling body. The heating body has heating surfaces (4, 5) that are parallely arranged with respect to each other. The heating body has supply and discharge connections (6, 7). The supply connection is alternatively connected with front and rear legs (8, 9) of the solar circuit. The discharge connection is connected with a diaphragm expansion vessel (10).
