Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rocker arm (1) of an internal combustion engine, wherein the rocker arm (1) can be actuated with a cam and a recess (3) provided with an inside thread is formed on a first valve-side end (2) of the rocker arm (1), an adjusting screw (4) being screwed into said recess, wherein the first valve-side end (2) of the rocker arm (1) has a U-shaped profile and the adjusting screw (4) is fixed in the recess (3) with a nut (6). In order to facilitate an actuation of the nut (6), it is provided that a space (10) is disposed inside a U-shaped profile of the first valve-side end (2) of the rocker arm (1) between a base (9) of the U-shaped profile and the nut (6).
