Method and installation for purifying combustion fumes containing nitrogen oxides
The method involves injecting a denitrification reactant (1) with efficiency of 40-50 percentages into a zone where fumes (2) have a temperature of 850-1100 degree Celsius. A sulfur oxide control reactant (3) e.g. lime, is injected into the fumes. The fumes are passed into a boiler (102). Another de...

Zusammenfassung: | The method involves injecting a denitrification reactant (1) with efficiency of 40-50 percentages into a zone where fumes (2) have a temperature of 850-1100 degree Celsius. A sulfur oxide control reactant (3) e.g. lime, is injected into the fumes. The fumes are passed into a boiler (102). Another denitrification reactant (4) is injected into the fumes based on nitrogen oxide concentration. The fumes are circulated into an electro-filter (103) and analyzed. A fraction of acid pollutants e.g. sulfur dioxide, is eliminated from the fumes. The denitrification reactants are ammonia/urea solution. An independent claim is also included for an installation for purifying combustion fumes containing nitrogen oxides. |
