N,N'-DISUBSTITUTED PIPERAZINE COMPOUNDS AND THE USE OF THE SAME AS ANALGESICS

N-(Hydroxyalkyl or hydroxycycloalkylmethyl)-N'-hydrocarbyl-piperazine derivatives (I) are new. Piperazine derivatives of formula (I), in the form of diastereomers, enantiomers or their mixtures (including racemates) and bases, salts or solvates, are new. R , R = linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic residue; R +R = (CH2)n; n = integer; R , R = linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic residue, saturated or unsaturated cycloaliphatic residue, aryl or heteroaryl, where the ring systems are optionally substituted and optionally bonded via a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic bridge, the aryl or heteroaryl residues optionally being part of a polycyclic system; and R = H; or aryl or heteroaryl (both optionally substituted and optionally forming part of a polycyclic system).
