Zusammenfassung:	In the present invention, there is disclosed an apparatus for heat treatment of bulk material, particularly grain comprising a hopper (8), a preheating chamber (10), a working space (20), a high-frequency generator (40), and a cooling chamber (30). The hopper (8) is connected via a powder dispenser (9) to an inlet opening of the preheating chamber (10), the material processing working space (20) is defined by walls (22) of insulating material disposed between parallel metal plates (21), said cooling chamber (30) outlet opening is connected via a controlled-speed powder dispenser (9') to a material conveyor (2), the high-frequency generator (40) is connected to a pressure sensor (43) fitted at the other end of a gas thermometer (42) that is inserted into the working space (20) through a hole performed in the working space (20) wall (22) or in the metal plate (21), whereby one output terminal thereof is connected with said controlled-speed powder dispenser (9').
