Zusammenfassung:A pill characterised by an immediate and prolonged release of one or more active substances, containing at least two overlapping layers, characterised in that: - the first external surface consists of a mix of excipients and the first active substance, whereby the first described layer ensures an immediate release of the described active substance - the second layer, overlapping the first layer, consists of a non-biodegradable, non-reactive porous polymeric matrix, where the second active substance is disperged. 11. Method of obtaining the pill defined in any of the paragraphs 1-10, characterised in that it includes the following stages: a) preparing a granulate of the first active substance from the powdered mix of the above, first substance, a disintegrating agent and one or more additions useful for preparing a layer of the immediate release of the above, first active substance; b) preparing a granulate of the second active substance from a powdered mix of the above, second active substance, from one or more non-reactive polymeric non-biodegradable materials and one or more additions useful for preparing a layer of the prolonged release of the above second active substance; c) joining two granulates through pressing by a known method. The granulates were obtained in a) and b) stages for obtaining pills, whose first layer ensuring the immediate release results from pressing the granulate obtained in a) stage and the second layer overlaps the above mentioned first layer, whereby the above mentioned second layer results from pressing the granulate obtained in b) stage.
