Zusammenfassung:The method of producing fire-proof Zirconium product out of the mass, consisting of: 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium grog with the grain size of 3-7 mm, 30-50 percent by mass of zirconium grog with the grain size of 0-3 mm, 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium sand, 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium dust and 2.5-4 percent by mass of a binder, preferably waste sulfite liquor. The method consists in forming moulders, followed by drying and baking. It is characterised in that briquettes are formed out of the mass under the pressure of 1000-1200 kg/cm2>. They are baked at the temperature of 1530-1600 degrees Celsius. Then, they are crushed and fragmented into grog fractions with the grain size in the range of 0-7 mm, which constitutes a half-product in the process of producing fire-proof products. Then a mass is prepared, which contains: 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium grog with the grain size of 3-7 mm, 30-50 percent by mass of zirconium grog with the grain size of 0-3 mm, 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium sand, 10-30 percent by mass of zirconium dust and 2.5-4 percent by mass of a binder, preferably waste sulfite liquor. The mass is used to form fire-proof zirconium shapes in power presses under the pressure of 1000-1200 kg/cm2, by a known method, with three stages of deaeration. During the product formation process, the shapes are baked at the temperature of 1530-1560 degrees Celsius for 8-16 hours.
