A mixture of plastified PVC

The mixture of plastified PVC contains: PVC suspension, di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate or its mixture with tris-2-ethylhexyl trimellitate, epoxidated soybean oil, calcium and zinc salts or barium and zinc salts of fatty acids and a light stabilizer from the group of derivatives of benzotriazole or benzophenone. It is characterised in that it contains: 100 parts by mass of PVC suspension, 0.3-0.8 parts by mass of sorbite ester and 0.3-1.2 parts by mass of ethoxylated sorbite ester, especially their stearates, used as an antifogging agent, 0.4-0.8 parts by mass of a biostabilizer and 0.1-0.4 parts by mass of dyes, that filter the solar spectrum within the wave length between 350 and 800 nm, selected from the perylene group with luminescent properties. The weight ratio of the light stabilizer, which absorbs the energy of light waves under 350 nm, to the bio-stabiliser is between 0.2 and 1.2.
