Zusammenfassung:	The device has a mechanical transmission (5), at one end, with a pinion (5a) on a high pressure shaft defined by shafts (1, 3). The transmission transmits rotational movement to an input shaft (7a) of an accessory case (7) at another end by a gear (5b). The shaft (7a) is driven by a hydraulic transmission unit (10) from a low pressure shaft. A fluid accumulator (19) is arranged parallelly on a pipe (17) in downstream of a pump.
