Zusammenfassung: | The method of producing colour-stable solutions of cellulose in N-methyl morpholine-N-oxide consisting in the preparation of a mixture of cellulose and of an aqueous solution of N-methyl morpholine-N-oxide which contains a thermostabiliser in the amount not exceeding 1 percent by weight compared to the weight of cellulose dry matter, and in heating this mixture at the temperature below 150 degrees C in lowered pressure for at least 60 minutes, whereby, before heating the mixture, a complex compound of hydrogen peroxide with urea in the form of urea hydroperoxide H2N-CO-NH2 H2O2 in the amount not exceeding 1 percent by weight as compared to cellulose dry matter is additionally added to the mixture of cellulose and aqueous solution of N-methyl morpholine-N-oxide, with propylester of gallic acid preferably applied as thermostabliser. |
