Unique characteristics: The cross-section of the horizontal outflow opening (2) in the socket chamber (3) has the shape of a circular sector (7). Its chord (8) is located in the horizontal plane of the socket (3). The crest of the edge in the shape of the hyperbole (10) is tangentially and symmetrically adjacent to the theoretical chord (8'), positioned tangentially to the opening (4) and to the extreme circular edge of the socket (3) plane. In the special case, when the axis (11) of the cone (9) of the instrument is located in the plane of the socket (3), and only then, the corner of the two edges of arms (12) of the 2α angle of the cone (9) is adjacent tangentially and symmetrically.
