Zusammenfassung: | Compact coalescence-gravitational oil separator which contains numerous sedimentation chambers, arranged in series, with overflow walls with controlled overflow level, and numerous porous coalescence elements, where such a separator is composed of a preliminary sedimentation chamber (1), fitted, in its central part, with a replaceable, preferably plate, coalescence insert (2), connected, in its bottom part, with a slotted vertical duct (3) supplying oily industrial sewage and fitted, in the upper part, close to the upper edge of the chamber (1), with a tubular oil collector (4) for preliminary separation, with numerous, preferably identical, porous oleophilic barriers (5), where, below its bottom generator edge, there is an inlet (6) of the gravitational overflow (7) to the second sedimentation chamber (8); through its partition wall (9), there goes an off-take siphon-like conduit (10) fitted, at its entry, with a ball float valve (11) and, at the outlet located inside the third chamber of the final sedimentation (12), fitted with numerous, located along the vertical axis on tubular collectors (13), thin-wall filterable porous coalescence inserts (14), where each of them or only some of them in the upper part are fitted with off-take overflow tubes (15), where the third chamber of the final sedimentation (12) is fitted with an extra overflow barrier (16) which forms a wet well (17) of pure water, inside which there is a pipe (18) for scooping pure water, whose entry is located at the height of about two thirds of the total height of the preliminary sedimentation chamber (1), whose horizontal oil collector (4) for preliminary sedimentation has an outlet entered into the inside of the oil chamber (19), to which also there is entered the outlet of a short connection pipe (20) located in the upper part of the second sedimentation chamber (8), which has a porous oleophilic barrier (21), and furthermore the oil chamber (19) has, in its bottom part, a discharge pipe (22) for discharging separated oil, and in its upper part, it is fitted with a discharge pipe (23) for discharging pure oil from the third chamber (12) of the final sedimentation, fitted as described with a porous oleophilic barrier (24), and furthermore the third chamber (12) has, in its bottom part, porous elements (25) with a source of air connected to them, whose pressure is higher than atmospheric pressure. |
