Zusammenfassung:Heating element comprising a flat layer of concrete composite in which the average size of aggregate particles is from 10 to 10 times bigger than the average size of soot particles, whose content does not exceed 3%, whereas the composite constitutes a conductive layer, and to the electrode layer electric conductors are connected, characterized in that it comprises two layers of composite, preferably concrete, containing up to 30% of soot and up to 50% of metal powder, which makes flatly parallel layers constituting electrodes (2) abutting two parallel surfaces of the heating layer (1), whereas the ratio of the electrode (2) layer thickness to the heating layer (1) amounts to 1:(2-5).
