Zusammenfassung:The food product, based on a cereal such as millet, rice, buckwheat, barley, maize, oats, wheat or sorghum, contains at least 4 mg equivalent of polyphenol gallic acid per gram of finished product. It contains at least one polyphenol selected from flavonoids such as quercitin or rutin, phenolic acids such as hydroxybenzoic acids, hydroxycinnamic acids, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, p-coumaric acid, sinapic acid, ferulic acid and their derivatives. The product also contains at least 50 mg of magnesium, 0.8 mg of zinc and 1 mcg of selenium, 0.20 mg of Vitamin B1 and 40 mcg of Vitamin B9 per 100 g. Variants of the product can also contain berries, dried fruit, chocolate or green tea extract.
