Particularly, the utility model pertains to a process for producing a ready-to-eat food composition comprising the steps of: soaking rice in water; saut‚ing garlic, onion, ginger, and spring onion in vegetable oil to form a spice mixture; cooking the spice mixture formed with water, tuna meat, carrot, sweet corn, moringa leaves, and at least one seasoning to form a pre-cooked tuna composition; packing the pre-cooked tuna composition with the soaked rice to form a tuna congee composition; sterilizing the tuna congee composition; and cooling down the tuna congee composition. |
