Particularly, the utility model pertains to a process for producing a ready-to-eat food composition comprising the steps of: cooking pork belly in vegetable oil; saut‚ing tomato, onion, garlic, and shrimp paste to form a shrimp paste mixture; cooking the shrimp paste mixture with vinegar; mixing the cooked pork belly, the cooked shrimp paste mixture, at least one seasoning, and a cooking liquid to form a pork in shrimp paste composition; packing the pork in shrimp paste composition; sterilizing the pork in shrimp paste composition; and cooling down the pork in shrimp paste composition. |
