Zusammenfassung:	The present utility model is a process of producing breadfruit munchkin comprising the steps of harvesting the fruit, peeling the skin, cutting the meat, steaming the meat, shredding the meat using a grater, shredding the steamed meat using a grater, crushing grahams in a mixing bowl, mixing the ingredients consisting of crushed grahams, homogenized breadfruit meat and condensed milk, mixing until evenly combined, forming munchkin mixture into balls, then rolling the munchkin balls over the desiccated coconut, and refrigerate or chill before serving.
