Zusammenfassung: | The present utility model discloses the formulation of producing filled breadfruit Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis, Fosb.) of the family Moraceae is a seasonal tropical fruit tree. It remains underutilized in the Philippines although very recently, studies are conducted in reason for innovating food products from this commodity. On the other hand, bread is one of the staple foods which are consumed for most people worldwide. Filled breadfruit bun is a type of bread that resembles Pan de Coco, a soft, fluffy bun stuffed with delicious, sweetened breadfruit filling. The incorporation of breadfruit meat in filled breadfruit bun is once way of enhancing its nutritional value. By exploring this way of utilization method, the value of breadfruit will also improve, therefore, raises its consumption and economic potential. |
