Zusammenfassung: | The present utility model relates to process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with vinegar and ginger and a product produced therefrom that can address the minerals and vitamins deficiencies of the general public to thereby promote a healthy population. The process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with vinegar and ginger comprises the steps of: a. securing and collecting slipmouth fish in a containing means; b. washing and cleaning the fish after splitting to remove gills and internal organs; c. soaking the cleaned splitted fish in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fish in vinegar; e. draining the fish; f. soaking the fish in ginger concentrate; g. drying the ginger-treated fish; and h. frying the dried fish. |
