ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC DRIVEN SIEVER AND ITS USE

An electro-pneumatic siever for use in building construction mainly to automate the sand sieving process thereby resulting in fast production, reduced intensive and stressed workforce, and improved safety conditions. The siever comprises a steel platform with a siever screen slidably secured in the top portion, said screen being provided with a connection thru a coupler that is longitudinally connected to an pneumatic actuator, a solenoid valve removably secured to the said actuator that is directly controlled thru a plurality of buttons, said buttons are electrically connected to a solenoid valve and a plurality of relays, a power supply energizes said relays in communication with said valve and buttons, a catchment sheet is also provided that is adjacently facing said supply and disposed thereunder said steel platform to direct the droppings from the said siever screen, a bin is disposed below the said catchment sheet to receive the droppings thereof.
