Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method of preparing carrot (Daucus carota L.) doughnut comprising the following steps of: mixing granulated sugar, warm milk, and yeast until the yeast starts to bubble; mixing flour, eggs, salt, milk, vanilla, cooked mash carrot using electric mixer up to 5 minutes; combining granulated sugar, warm milk, and yeast until the yeast starts to bubble and flour, eggs, salt, milk, vanilla, cooked mash carrot using electric mixer up to 5 minutes; adding small amount of vegetable oil; wrapping the mixture until expands; placing and flattening the wrapped mixtures on the working table; slicing predetermined amounts from the mixture; rolling the sliced mixtures; covering the rolled mixtures with towel; deep frying the covered rolled mixtures; and draining the fried mixture on a paper-towel plates. |
