Zusammenfassung: | The present utility model relates to the process of making cookies with com flour as an added ingredient. The process involves drying of com seeds for three days; milling the dried com seeds and sieving the powdered com to obtain 1 cup of com flour; keeping of corn flour in an air-tight container; mixing the dry ingredients - 1/4 cup corn flour, 3/4 wheat flour, 112 tsp. baking powder, 112 cup crushed graham, 112 cup chocolate chips and 114 tsp. salt in a bowl; mixing 112 cup butter and gradually adding 3/4 cup brown sugar in a separate bowl, beating at medium speed using an using electric mixer cream and adding 1 egg and 2 tsp. vanilla until thoroughly blended; pouring the mixed dry ingredients to the non-dry mixture mixing very well using a wooden spatula until well-combined; scooping the batter using a cookie scoop and aligning them to the cookie sheet; placing cookie sheet in the oven and baking it at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes; cooling and packing for commercialization or consumption. |
