Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a machine for blending rice. The machine enables the continuous production of fortified rice using a combination of horizontal rotary valves as volumetric feeders rotating at fixed speed ratio wherein the desired blending ratio is attained by varying the volume displaced of at least one of the volumetric feeders. The nutrient-premix is then distributed to the ordinary rice using a conveyor or by scattering the nutrient-premix and ordinary rice using a static or rotating obstruction within an enclosure.
