BATCH TYPE BRIQUETTOR

Disclosed is a batch type briquettor which produces briquettes of uniform quality in terms of shape, degree of compactness and other properties, comprising of plurality of vertical and horizontal angle bars connected to each other to form a main frame structure; a prime mover mounted at the bottom left portion of the main frame structure to transmit power and motion; a speed reducer connected to prime mover through a belt to regulate the speed; a hydraulic cylinder responsible for the compaction of the briquetting materials; a cover guide rail and top plate secured at the top portion of the main frame structure; a sliding cover plate removably secured to top plate; a movable handle in communication with sliding cover plate; and a set of briquette dies comprising of plurality of hollow cylinders directly connected to the top plate, plurality of pressing pistons which are individually inserted to the bottom portion of hollow cylinder, and die support structure mounted horizontally through die guide rods on top of the hydraulic cylinder. It offers a gender friendly operation, employing a prime mover to greatly lessen the use of human effort.
