CASSAVA GRATER WITH PRESSER

A cassava processing apparatus comprising of an upper chamber, a container mounted on said upper champer, a pusher shaft fixedly attached to said container, a pusher handle securedly attached to said shaft, a pusher plate with a plurality of spikes securedly attached to said pusher shaft, a grating disc shaft rotatably attached to said upper chamber, a grating disc with a plurality of protruded holes fixedly attached to said grating disc shaft, a grating disc shaft handle fixedly attached to said grating disc shaft, a funnel securedly mounted below said upper chamber, a pair of columns fixedly attached below said upper chamber, a base fixedly attached below said columns, a presser box removably attached above said base, a strainer with a plurality of holes removably attached to said presser box, a stand fixedly connected on said base, a presser handle pivotably mounted on said stand, a presser plate fixedly connected under said presser handle, a tray slidably attached under said base. The cassava grater is a device which could lessen the time to grate and extract juice from cassava. Cassava is pulled by the shaft vertically towards to the blade. The blade is operated by the handle that can rotate in a clockwise direction. The grated cassava will automatically go down tot he presser box and can be squeezed manually by the swing type presser.
