MANUALLY OPERATED CARDING AND FIBER OPENING MACHINE

The present utility model relates to a miniaturized device for carding, opening or cleaning of fiber comprises of a receiving means for feeding fiber or fiber source, a plurality of drums sufficiently positioned to accommodate said fiber or fiber source being fed at the said receiving means, a sprocket assembly that enables the actuation of the said plurality of drums, said sprocket assembly is configured to control the speed of the rotation of the said plurality of drums, a collecting means to receive the carded or opened fiber after passing through the said plurality of drums. The manually operated miniaturized card fiber opener enables the operator to process from both raw and degummed states to pure and blended fibers. With a simple crank of the machine, raw and or degummed fibers are cleaned, opened and carded and can be collected easily at the end of each process.
