Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide a heat-sealable laminate that has high oxygen barrier property and steam barrier property and that can be used as a heat-sealing layer of a laminate for a packaging material. [Solution] This heat-sealable laminate is provided with: a gas barrier resin layer; an adhesive resin layer; and a heat-sealing polyolefin resin layer, wherein a heat-sealing layer is formed from a polyolefin. The gas barrier resin layer, the adhesive resin layer, and the heat-sealing polyolefin resin layer are each a coextruded unstretched resin film.
