Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a power supply device which has a structure enabling simple assembly and in which the problem of water penetration can be reliably prevented for a long period. The power supply device has a structure such that: an upper opening portion (11) of a housing case (10) housing a battery is closed by means of a top lid portion (20); the top lid portion (20) constitutes an inflow opening (71) and a discharge opening (72) in an exterior case (9); the top lid portion (20) further includes a guide groove (73) for guiding penetrating water from the inflow opening (71) to the discharge opening (72); and the discharge opening (72) has a water path resistance smaller than a water path resistance of the inflow opening (71) so that the penetrating water can be quickly discharged externally.
