Zusammenfassung:	A solid fuel burner (1) is provided with: a guide member (34) arranged on an outer circumferential section of a distal end of a first gas nozzle (10) so as to guide a fluid flowing through a second flow passage (11a) outward in a radial direction; and a contraction forming member (50) that is arranged on an upstream side of the guide member (34) with respect to the flow direction of the second flow passage (11a) so as to reduce the cross sectional area of the second flow passage (11a). An outer diameter (L2) of the guide member (34) is formed to be smaller than an inner diameter (L1) of an outer peripheral wall of a second gas nozzle (11). The first gas nozzle (10), the guide member (34), and the contraction forming member (50) are configured so as to be integrally attachable/detachable along an axial direction of the first gas nozzle (10) toward the outside of a furnace. As a result of the foregoing, stability of the flame and sufficient circulation flow are secured, and maintenance performance is improved.
