Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of herbicides, in particular to a herbicide composition comprising cyhalofop-butyl and bispyribac-sodium as active ingredients, method for producing the same and uses thereof. In the present invention, cyhalofop-butyl and bispyribac-sodium are formulated into an oil dispersion. The oil dispersion has the advantages of remarkable herbicidal effect, long lasting period, high suspensibility, high safety and low toxicity, etc. The oil dispersion is a post-emergent herbicide for rice, which has special effect on annual grass weeds such as Echinocloa crus-galli, and can also be used to control broadleaves and sedge weeds with a good control effect. Compared with cyhalofop-butyl and bispyribac-sodium alone, the composition has a significantly improved herbicidal effect and can greatly retard the development of the resistance of weeds.
