Provided are a service implementation method and apparatus. The method comprises: after a graphic code display instruction is received, acquiring a biometric feature identifier of a verified biometric feature; generating a code string carrying the biometric feature identifier; and displaying a graphic code carrying the code string, so that other terminals send the code string to a server end after scanning the graphic code, and the server end finds, based on the biometric feature identifier, a bound user account so as to complete a related service. According to the present application, there is no need to carry sensitive information, such as a user account, in a graphic code, so that even if an illegal person has stolen a terminal device of a user, the illegal person cannot perform service operations because biometric features are not matched, thereby ensuring the security of user information and property.
