The assembly line includes a first work area in which work is carried out in a state where the vehicle body is aligned with a line advancing direction, and a second work area in which the turntable is rotated from the position of the turntable in the first work area so that component assembly work is performed in a state where a front-back direction of the vehicle body extends in a direction that intersects the line advancing direction.
