Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide a panel with integrated air conditioner for prefabricated houses wherein the panel with integrated air conditioner can be safely moved and the work efficiency of the assembly process can be improved. [Solution] An outdoor unit P of an air conditioner is fixed to the outer face of a wall panel 1 to be installed on a prefabricated house. An indoor unit Q is fixed to the inner face of the wall panel 1. A support base 2 is provided under the outdoor unit P on the bottom side of the outer face of the wall panel 1. The wall panel 1 is inclined to an angle at which the loads on the inner and outer faces of the wall panel 1 are equal so as to be free standing. The free-standing wall panel 1 is configured so as to be supported by the support base 2. Casters 3 to allow movement of the wall panel 1 while the wall panel 1 is free standing are mounted to the bottom face of the support base 2.
