Zusammenfassung:A wind energy capturing device for slow to moderately moving vehicles including a wind turbine connected to a battery charger for installation right below the roof of a moving vehicle such as a tricycle, bangka, or small public transports of such. The invention takes advantage of the wind force and drag generated by the vehicle moving on the road at low to moderate speed impinging on the front side, and wind diverting means placed in front of the said vehicle. Wind energy is captured by the wind diverting means which increases and concentrates the volume and speed of the wind passing through the system which is then directed to the face area of the plurality of rotor blades, rotating the turbine, which, in turn, drives the generator to generate electricity and provide additional ventilating capacity to the vehicle. This enables the generation of energy even when the vehicle is moving at regulated speeds. The electrical energy may be stored in a battery system connected and used to drive the motors of an electric vehicle or hybrid-electric vehicle, or any use of the user's preference.
