THERMOLYSIS METHOD IN ROTARY KILN FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ENERGY, GAS AND FUEL FROM UNSEGREGATED WASTE, BIOMASS, SLUDGE, WASTE PLASTICS OR WASTE TIRES

A method for gasification of unsegregated waste, biomass, sludge, waste plastic or waste tires to produce gas, energy and fuel, which method comprises: gasification of unsegregated waste, biomass, sludge, waste plastic or waste tires feed in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere, in an endothermic thermolysis reaction chamber in a rotary kiln to thus gasify the same in the absence of substantial by-production of liquid reaction products. The thermolysis chamber comprising a dense bed of solid waste output and process gas. The heat energy required for said thermolysis reaction being generated by a heater outside the thermolysis chamber. The process gas is led to a condensator to separate the permanent gas from the liquid output. The thermolysis method can be combined with a generator system to use the passive heat energy for energy production.
