Zusammenfassung:	A wireless monitoring and detection system comprising; a housing; a power supply and power source are placed inside the said housing of base station and buoy respectively; an interfacing modules (interfacing module-X,Y) with set of instructions that are attached in the said housing; an online service that is linked to the said interfacing module-Y; a sensing elements that are operably connected to the said interfacing module-X; and a set of communication modules that are fixedly configured to have stable communication and associated to the said interfacing modules; wherein if the sensing elements gathered a data regarding HAB and red tide then it shall be inputted to the said interfacing module-X that has set of instructions to read the said data and after that it shall be transmitted to the said communication module-X to send again to the said communication module-Y and transmit again for data processing that shall be operated by the said interfacing module-Y, afterwards the said data shall be uploaded to the said online service for public viewing.
