Zusammenfassung:	A motor driven actuator assembly (1) includes a motor (10), a strain wave gearing (11), a fitting (12), a shaft extender (13), a housing (14), and a thrust bearing (15). The strain wave gearing (11) is coupled to a motor shaft (101) of the motor (10) and is configured to receive a torque from the motor shaft (101). The fitting (12) is coupled to the strain wave gearing (11) and is configured to receive a torque thereon. The shaft extender (13) includes a first section (131) coupled to the fitting (12), and a second section (132) coupled to the first section (131). The second section (132) has a radial cross-section smaller than a radial cross-section of the first section (131). The second section (132) of the shaft extender (13) extends rotatably through a back mount (141) of the housing (14) . The thrust bearing (15) radially surrounds a portion of the second section (132) of the shaft extender (13) and is axially disposed between the first section (131) of the shaft extender (13) and the back mount (141) of the housing (14).
