Zusammenfassung:	Provided herein, in certain embodiments, are biomarkers for use in predicting the clinical sensitivity of hematologic cancers, such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and a patient's response to treatment with an immunomodulatory agent, such as 3-(4-anrino-l-oxo-l,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-y])-piperidine-2,6-dione, which is also known as lenalidomide or RevlimidR. Also provided herein, in certain embodiments, are methods of treating or managing non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, including but not limited to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), using prognostic factors.
